day three marked all good intentions, and only one lived. slept in, wandered the streets of west hollywood, went to an incredible mark ryden exhibition at the michael kohn galleries, got lost looking for the pacific design centre, bought danishes at canters deli, window shopped & laughed at a man in a chicken suit at marc jacobs...

dean & britta played two shows at the silent movie theatre, an early and a late show. it was a heavenly venue, haunted by its past owner and ghosts of silent movies past. a gold curtain adorned the stage and pete mixed the show from the projection box. i am loving hearing this music night after night. dean's voice is taking me back to my sydney daze. lara is an energising roommate. britta is sweet, stunning and her voice blows me away. anthony is discovering la in such an endearing manner, it's his first tour. i like working for dean. he is balanced and calm and just a little mischevious.

tomorrow we drive to san francisco...dinner with debbie...a show at the independent on divisadero/alamo square...what better way to spend a sunday?
